These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of RingBite, including our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using RingBite, you enter into a legally binding agreement with RingBite and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies referenced in the Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract and use the Service on behalf of your business. You represent that you are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws.
Account responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, keep it updated, and safeguard your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and may include trial periods. Unless canceled, subscriptions auto-renew. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You are responsible for applicable taxes. We may change pricing or plans with reasonable notice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access data you do not own, or use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or deceptive purposes. You will not reverse engineer, scrape, or circumvent security measures.
Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers (such as hosting, telephony, payments, and analytics). Their services may be subject to separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RingBite will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees paid by you for the Service in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice by posting the updated Terms or via the Service. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
